About This Service
A General Power of Attorney (Vekalatnameh Omumi) grants a designated representative in Iran broad authority to manage your affairs across banking, government agencies, utilities, and general transactions. ICS assists with the procedural preparation, formatting, translation, Mikhak registration, and authentication of Power of Attorney documents. When a matter requires advice about the legal scope, consequences, enforceability, or protective clauses of a Power of Attorney, Iranian legal services may be separately provided through Salamat Legal. Legal services through Salamat Legal require a separate engagement.
