4. No Guarantee of Approval
ICS prepares documents to the best of its knowledge and expertise. However, final decisions on all applications are made exclusively by the Iranian Interests Section in Washington, D.C. (Daftar.org), the Iranian government, and their authorized representatives. ICS makes no guarantee that any application will be approved, processed within a specific timeframe, or result in a particular outcome.
5. Independent Status
ICS is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of the Iranian government, the Iranian Interests Section, Daftar.org, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or any government agency. ICS operates independently as a document preparation and consulting firm.
6. Accuracy of Information
Iranian consular requirements change periodically. While ICS makes every effort to maintain current and accurate information, we recommend confirming current requirements directly with the Iranian Interests Section. ICS is not responsible for changes in requirements after document preparation.
