Iranian Document Services

Iranian passport services cover renewal, first-time issuance, replacement of lost or damaged passports, and child passports for those born abroad. ICS assists with Mikhak registration, photograph compliance, document organization, and submission package preparation for the Iranian Interests Section.

Iranian national identity documents — including the Kart Melli (smart national ID card) and Shenasnameh (civil identity booklet) — are required for most Iranian civil and consular processes. ICS assists with first-time applications, renewals, replacements, and corrections through the Mikhak system.

Power of Attorney (Vekalatnameh) services cover general and specific POA preparation, Mikhak registration, authentication, and coordination for use in Iran. ICS handles the procedural and administrative preparation. When a matter requires advice about POA scope, authority, or enforceability under Iranian law, that advice may be separately available through Salamat Legal.

Civil-registration services for marriage, divorce, birth, and death include document preparation, translation, authentication, and Mikhak registration for the Iranian Interests Section. These services update the Iranian civil registry to reflect life events that occurred abroad.

Document authentication and legalization services assist with apostille, notarization coordination, certified translation, and legalization through the Iranian Interests Section — for Iranian documents used abroad or foreign documents used in Iran.

Support services include Mikhak system registration and navigation, consular photo compliance review, and military service documentation assistance. These are commonly needed alongside passport and identity-document applications.
