About This Service
Real estate transactions in Iran — buying, selling, renting, or transferring property — require a properly authenticated Special Power of Attorney (Vekalatnameh Khaas). ICS assists with the procedural preparation, formatting, translation, Mikhak registration, and authentication of Power of Attorney documents for property matters. When a matter requires advice about the legal scope, consequences, enforceability, or protective clauses of a Power of Attorney, Iranian legal services may be separately provided through Salamat Legal. Legal services through Salamat Legal require a separate engagement.
