Refund Policy

All fees paid to ICS are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specifically:

• No refund once documents have been prepared and delivered to the client in any format (PDF, email, or otherwise)
• No refund if the Iranian Interests Section or any government office fails to respond, delays processing, rejects an application, or does not complete the requested service, because these outcomes are outside ICS's control
• No refund if the client provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information. Any rework required due to client error will be charged as a new service at the full applicable fee
• No refund if the client fails to attend a scheduled appointment

ICS fees cover document preparation and consulting services only. They do not include Iranian Interests Section or consular filing fees, postage or courier costs, notarization fees charged by third parties, or any fees charged by the Iranian government. Those fees are paid separately and directly to the relevant authority or provider, and are governed by their own rules.
