1. Summary
When you browse this website as a visitor, it does not set any cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Because of this, we do not show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first, before any non-essential cookie is set.
2. Cookies We Set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Category | Set for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-pxqkkqngxvqyzsntkpkh-auth-token (may be split into numbered parts) | Keeps an ICS staff member signed in to the private staff area. | Up to 400 days | Strictly necessary | ICS staff only, after signing in |
This is the only cookie our code can set. It is set only when a staff member signs in. It is not set when you visit as a client or visitor, and it is not used for tracking or advertising.
3. Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, social media tracking pixels, or session replay tools. We do not load fonts, scripts or trackers from third-party servers.
4. Third-Party Content
Our About page can show a Google Map of our office location. It does not load automatically. The map is requested from Google only after you select the button to load it, and Google may then set its own cookies and receive your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). If you do not load the map, nothing is sent to Google. Links from our site to social media and other websites are ordinary links; those sites have their own policies and cookies once you visit them.
5. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the staff sign-in cookie only affects staff access and has no effect on the public website. More about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
