About This Service
Iranian court proceedings, legal disputes, and official legal matters require a Special Power of Attorney authorizing your chosen attorney or representative to appear and act on your behalf. ICS assists with the procedural preparation, formatting, translation, Mikhak registration, and authentication of Power of Attorney documents for legal representation matters. When a matter requires advice about the legal scope, consequences, enforceability, or protective clauses of a Power of Attorney, Iranian legal services may be separately provided through Salamat Legal. Legal services through Salamat Legal require a separate engagement.
