Receiving an inheritance in Iran typically requires in-person legal proceedings or a properly executed Power of Attorney. ICS assists with the procedural preparation, formatting, translation, Mikhak registration, and authentication of Power of Attorney documents for inheritance matters. When a matter requires advice about the legal scope, consequences, enforceability, or protective clauses of a Power of Attorney, Iranian legal services may be separately provided through Salamat Legal.
